TEXAS As per the Marketing Director’s request, I was involved in the design process of creating a swivel gold keychain for Texas. I was responsible to research the colours of their most popular football team online and apply them to the keychain in Illustrator. I matched the teams colour for the text and positioned it on a white background on one side. I did vice versa to the colours on the other side. As for the choice of the icon I managed to negotiate a maple leaf over Canadian flag due to relevantly small size of the keychain. NEW ORLEANS I was responsible to promote New Orleans by using patterns. The client did not supply any images, nor provided specific instructions. I chose to draw fleur de lis elements in Illustrator, to represent their site and evoke the same feel as their main colours of gold, black and white.
